Why reading interview prep books doesn't work
You can know the STAR framework cold and still freeze when the recruiter says "Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager." Speaking under pressure is a separate skill from knowing the answer. The only way to train it is reps — recorded, scored, and repeated.
